Who should apply?

​CUNY Hunter College Undergraduates who are: 

• Motivated and have a desire to learn research skills 

• Passionate and excited about conducting behavioral cancer prevention and control research 

• Serious about their careers, intellectually curious, responsible, and professional

• Able to work independently and as part of a team 

• Currently a sophomore or above

• We encourage students from underrepresented minority groups or underserved backgrounds to apply

Qualifications:  

• Excellence in relevant coursework (e.g., psychology, public health, behavioral medicine, research methods, or statistics), with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent 

• Current CUNY Hunter undergraduate student; sophomore or above

• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or a non-citizen national
